Off to Kansas! This was a big part of the trip for me. We stopped by Hutchinson and Wichita to see some of my friends. Sometimes you wonder where you'd be without them. I spent a good portion of my 20's in that state and made a lot of great memories. I wish I could've stayed longer to see everyone, but this was a quick stop on our way to Texas. We plan to come back. Eventually. When I get a sprinter van lol. Here's to road trips and friends when the world opens back up again.
So I'll be the first to tell you that I assembled and reassembled this bed at least three times. I think it's still assembled wrong, but all the nuts and bolts are tight. That's all that matters right? I'm so happy to welcome Xo into the world! Tess (wifey) and I are still very new parents in 2021, but I think we're learning fast! I'm sure Xo will be in a million videos and we'll get to watch her grow up over and over again.
The biggest question for most of us is...when did you stop? When did you stop believing? Not in the gentleman wrapped in red with fluffs of white on his coat. When did you stop believing in the magic of life? Who told you to grow up and forget such things? A smile a mile wide, who told you it was too long. Well life is a train, friends. The tracks keep you on the straight and narrow, but the journey is up to you.
